If you do experience a problem with anything you buy at The Hi Fi Shop it will be repaired by our in-house technician. A loaner is often available. Even if you bought your equipment somewhere else, The Hi Fi Shop will repair your in- or out-of-warranty equipment.

Delivery and Installation? The HiFi Shop will be happy to deliver and install your new equipment in our local area. The salesman will often do this himself, not just a guy with a strong back who can't answer your questions or show you how to use it.

Used Equipment and Trades? Most of our customers are upgrading a system they already have. Since we are not a chain and have our own service department, we are able to take their old equipment in trade. This is a great way to find some real bargains on amps, speakers and other audio equipment for your own system.
